I've only booked accommodation for one night but can arrive earlier or leave later the next day if puffins are on the menu (not litrilly. I wouldn't...)
After giving up home of seeing the band altogether I managed to snag a couple of Neighbourhood tickets for the Sunday, so feeling very excited to catch the band one more time, for what will most likely be the final time. Extra sweet that the day after is a bank holiday!
Nice work! I was sniffing around Blur tickets again yesterday, which are still easily available. My brain obviously suppressed the earlier shock of how much theyd cost. Real pity, because (stadium gig aside) it would have been a great couple of weeks in July, bookended by two mighty Pulp outings. Blur were class in Hyde Pk too, and the crowd really into it

As I am at Arsenal Stadium for Arctic Monkeys and Finsbury Park for Pulp the previous weekends, currently giving blur a miss at the moment. Been a long time since I saw blur live. 20th century at Brixton
I'm starting wonder if they could play the infamous legends slot at Glastonbury. Roxy Music were tipped, but are now looking less likely according to GlastoFeedFest.
The slot is usually solo artists, but not always, ELO played it (badly) around 2016.
Likely to be Early March for the first poster, but that is normally incomplete and doesn't show stages. The Legends and various Pyramid headliners are usually announced earlier.
I think I may have completely fucked up my accomdtion though!
As everything was expensive/booked/tents/caravans
I got cocky & saw the last train from Brid to Hull is at 1105 & booked a nice appartment for 2 of us to stay at inin Hull.
I suspect we will miss that train and now looking at taxis at around £50 -£100 (still cheaper than staying in Brid!)
So... if anyone needs help with accom... or whatever... i may just end up driving down & driving hyem to Newcastle or any solotions or any thoughts .... post them my way :)
First tranche of Glastonbury names announced this morning. No mention of Pulp. A secret set again? Maybe they don't want to add anything more that hasn't been agreed, without Steve.
Yeah I guess so. Theres some speculation that theres another poster drop in April
Happening as Queens of the The Stone Age where originally in the guardian article publishing the line up (but was quickly removed this morning)
Maybe they were held back for a later drop out of respect considering yesterdays awful news.

Try twickets rather than viagogo. A lot of fake tickets on viagogo. You might need to buy another ticket when you arrive. Probably easier to fly to London and catch a train.

Yes, don't pay silly prices. Dublin is the cheapest ticket and the only one show not to sell out yet. Price of accommodation the only downside.
I was hoping to stay with your folks down in Kilkenny
I am waiting to see who plays in the Munster Hurling final and as importantly where it is before I decide. Potentially could get an overnight bus to Cork after the gig (1am) and just stay there until Sunday.
