I now have a full-compliment of Pulp gigs I attended in iTunes (all three of them). SECC 1998 is the one I remember the least about Pulp's actual set, though I think this was the SECC gig where I vomited onto quite a few people's feet on a hurried trip to the the toilet. I think some of my friends chose to be at Soulfly/Limp Bizkit at the QMU instead.
For a Sydneysider who is getting ready to see her fav band a few times in July (If i'd known this when I was 14 and just got into them and far too young see them in Sydney...well I'd be grinning...)
What I mean't to say was - Freek, thankyou thankyou thankyou.
I know its not Pulp, but would you have that Jarvis gig (think its from last year) when he teamed up with Air?
First of all, I would just like to thank you very much for both willing to take requests and uploading bootlegs. Like yourself, I was into getting my hands on them years ago but all the cd-rs etc have deteriorated. Plus alot of fans have come on board since the days when people used to trade and even SHOCK HORROR, demand money for such things.
It's nice to be nice and to take the time out of your day to do this, so thanks.
I was wondering if you could upload any of the following:
Roskilde 1998 Manchester 2001 Glasgow 2002 Edinburgh Corn Exchange 2001
Some of the above I've been trying to get hold of for years. Others, I've had before but since lost in the quite common case of hard drives crashing etc. It was great to get my hands on Glasgow '98 again. I remember buying the DAT master tape from the fella who recorded it then began sharing it out to people years ago on soulseek, but lost the recording a few years back.
