I'm glad that you like them. I notice on PulpWiki pictures from this TV show. IS there actually a better recording arround ?

I've also uploaded another one, a French broadcast of Reading Festival 1994 on dimeadozen...

I do have a copy of Nulle Part Ailleurs from '96, but the version you've shared is slightly better. The picture is a bit sharper.

I'm watching the complete version of Reading '94 now. Great quality! Much better than my old copy. Thanks again for sharing.

I'll try to upload something in return later this week. Probably The Warehouse (ITV, April 93). I know you don't approve of YouTube, but here's a sample for anyone else who's interested. Only the vocal is live.

Wow...some fantastic footage there Will. One of the best Pulp tv bits I think I've ever seen! Captures the look of the time so well. Great close-ups of the band and audience and the picture quality is great.

Apologies for being dumb, but what do I need to view megaupload files? I can't open them. Thanks!

It depends upon what kind of file you have downloaded. Look at the file extension then Googling it will find you the answer

The files were uploaded in RAR or ZIP archives.

You may need WinRAR or 7-ZIP to uncompress them.

Once its's done, you'll find a VIDEO_TS folder, it's a DVD folder.
You can play directly on your computer if you get VLC. Just open VLS and drop the VIDEO_TS folder icon on the VLC window.

Or, you can burn a DVD video with a software like Nero. Just create a new Video-DVD and put on it both VIDEO_TS and INFO_TS folders.

I agree, that footage is great. The programme also included Sheffield Sex City, which I think is especially good.

I recently got hold of a better version (a VHS 'master') which I've digitised. I must add a note of thanks to Jason, whose tape it was, he also provided the excellent and apparently forgotten '16 objects for the moon' clip mentioned in another thread.

I will share a high quality version. It will be at least 1GB in size and I'm undecided what's the best way to go about it. Possibly I'll put it on Dime.

Hi!!!

Firstly, I wanna say thank you to everybody who share this fantastic Pulp stuff!!

Secondly, a few minutes ago, I had found a new Pulp 2011 bootleg. It is from Hordern Pavilion, Sydney!

And finally, I can´t wait to see Pulp for third time this summer; Primavera Sound, Glastonbury and Paredes de Coura in a few days!!!! ;)!!!! I know!!!! I´m lucky!!!!

Thanks a lot for that Astoria DVD!

Is there any chance someone could upload the From Lorelei to Munich DVD (Fuss free productions dvd) which was uploaded a couple of years ago please? I'd love this on dvd and im assuming quite a lot of people managed to download it. Something like megaupload, dime, zomb or demanoid would be great. Anything but rapidshare really! Would be very grateful. Would be nice to see more Pulp dvd's surface. Theres not as many about as there should be. Doesnt seem like as many people with Pulp footage on vhs are as keen to convert to DVD as some fans of other bands are which is a shame.

I think it's from the ITV coverage (tv broadcast)

Here's the full set from Leeds 2000 I spliced together using various radio broadcasts:

FWIW, my splice of the same concert is in one of the Bar Italia Yahoo accounts from a while back! Comes from the original BBC Radio One broadcast in 2000, then some BBC 6 Music repeats in more recent years. Invisible joins, hopefully! x

Don't suppose anyone has a copy of Death Comes to Town - the one released on Beats Working For a Living: Sheffield Popular Music 1973 - 1984? Can't seem to track it down. Nor Rattlesnake for that matter.

Cheers for that weed, but when I click on a file it says that it's unavailable?? Weird!

Also I was able to get the dimeadozen flac from Brixton 2nd night, but the 2nd half of Monday Morning seems to be cut off?? Anyone else had this problem? I converted the flac to mp3 so maybe that's the problem? I don't know...

This looks great Weed, but any chance of uploading all the songs in one zip or rar file? Just cos megaupload only lets you download one file at a time and it would take ages to do each song individually! Cheers

That's how I intended it (first time using megaupload). It just turned out this way when I was done - I didn't even notice until you pointed it out. I'll try it again when I get some time

Thanks for the upload weed.

For anyone who's interested, try using JDownloader.

All you do when it's installed, is copy the links to the clipboard and the program checks they are avaliable for download.  Then you can tell the program to download them all when checked.  Saved me a hell of an age, as you can 'bulk copy' links so you don't have to keep going back and clicking each link individually. And it's FREE!

It's great the brixton gigs were recorded.

Freek, I've tried many times to d/l the 1st sept boot from megaupload but somehow the speed is sooooo slow, it says it'd take 6 hours to d/l? Has anyone had any problems like this? I'm looking forward to hearing it

Hi Freek,

Yeah, I was referring to the 1st sept book. I should have been clearer, sorry. I've tried to d/l about fifteen times. I'll keep trying, I'm sure it'll download ok eventually in terms of download speed

If you don't mind mp3s, this link might take less time:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8DIPCFRJ

Took forever to download the flac boot, since you have to download each track individually (or use JDownloader, as someone suggested).

Hi,

I don't suppose anyone has a FLAC copy of "Live Hardcore" do they? It's from the Lorelei festival in
Germany in 1998. I had a copy years ago from Camden Market, but unfortunately got lost when I moved
house!

Or maybe Freek has a copy in FLAC?

I'm not a lover of FLAC, so I usually only do requests in mp3. I make (and already made a few) an exception for people who shared some stuff themselves also. but sorry, if someone has their very first post here being a request for flac, that doesn't get me moving :)

Weed - yes thats the one - seemed to be quite a moody gig. I've recently downloaded a DVD ripped from an obscure TV broadcast from the same
gig (I think) that'm yet to watch - will be interesting to see. Every Pulp gig I've been to (so far...) has seen Jarvis on top form, to see him anything
less would be fascinating.
Freek - that's no problem, can only assure I wasn't being rude! But no worries, will make do with the MP3 link above until I can get back up to
Camden. Will be sure to share a FLAC copy either via megaupload (or similar) or via DIME.

I only saw Common People video from Loreley '98 on youtube.  And, yes, Jarvis is in a bad mood!  Well, from what I can glean, most of their gig equipment got shipped by mistake to Moscow!

Jarvis, in one of his 'take it down' moments (I think from memory, it's at the end of Glory Days) Thanks Sonic Youth for letting them borrow their equipment to make the gig happen.

But my favourite sound bite is on the intro to Help The Aged and the cake in the rain!

Regards

Has anyone got a copy of 'Happy Endings' played as an encore at Auto at the Magna Centre?

The recent (and widely, joyfully disseminated) BBC Classic Concert broadcast neglected it. But it was loaded with such delicious meaning! They had opened the set with DYRTF, which (despite being common currency now) they hadn't for some time, and to thus end a set they believed to be their very last in such a fashion rendered me speechless.

Well, it is perhaps this keen sense of what it's like to be a fan - this sense of high narrative - that makes Pulp so very special. Oh, just come back, won't you?

Blueowl... as always, there you are... thank you!

As for the other tracks - I do, and didn't like their later way of playing the latter. Of course, thanks to the wonderful infraweb, I now realise that they played it like that often towards the end - perhaps to inject a little interest - but at the time I was confused and went home cursing the sound engineers. Actually, it sounds okay.

Here you go.. although you know they played Babies and Common People afterwards right?

Wow that was excellent quality! Do you have the rest of the set by any chance?

I do, but I'm sure it's been posted in this thread already - if not post here again and I'll upload it.

I hope this hasn't been asked before on this thread, but does anyone have the "Fiction Romance" available as a mp3?

Cheers!

Hello again - you've done so much already, but I'd really love to hear the 1984, '85 and '86 gigs listed in your file if you have a chance... I don't think I've heard any pre-87 live performances. Thanks!

Tis is already posted on here in lossless. Just do a search for Heineken. I was at this gig and loved getting the recording of it. I think it's pretty good and a very spirited performance.

blueowl your Auto show is missing 59 Lyndhurst Grove. I'll repost it in the 2007 account. It's not perfect but it's the only missing song.

So it is!  I'm not sure how that's happened as I#d been missing that track for years but managed to get a copy recently and I was sure I'd put it in.  Never mind, thanks for that Saw!

that will take some time. at first I was thinking "that's quite the request", but hell, why not? this music should be shared and why not this way? as long as certain forum members pm me suggesting a trade and me being naive, of course after sending 3 dvdr's never hearing from them again...

so yeah: Selford 1992: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=33QJ6EE6
