they played the full album including baby's coming back to me and quantum theory, ditched the bowie song replacing it by (i think) another bowie song (not being a bowie expert, i couldnt be sure) and played cunts.

top gig.
Oh please pray tell someone! I love Bowie and when Jarv did 'Space Oddity' It absolutley rocked my pants off!
Yeah, it was great. Having listened to the album a bit more, I'm getting into it (more on that tomorrow) and the songs sounded even better live. Even Black Magic sounded passible and I hate it on the album! The two non album songs were great and I'm glad they gave Everything is going to be alright a try - think a bit more practice is needed though.
Jarvis was well up for it - good patter and good to see Hawley, Steve and briefly Candida.
yeah it was silver machine by hawkwind...brilliant it was too. jarvis was playing the theremin. apparently hawkwind recorded an album at the roundhouse in 1972. i recorded silver machine on my camera so i'll put it on youtube tomorrow (its a bit fuzzy though as it was LOUD), i also good a good quality vid of "I Will Kill Again".
there were quite a few proffesional looking cameras filming the gig so i presume it'll be on tv or a dvd anyway.
didnt queue at all, was like in the 5th row, perfect view, no or hardly any cunts (erm, divine comedy gigs there was full of them), great sound, shite openers though. love this venue.
