...on Friday November 10th (3 days before the album comes out). Other acts appearing on the same show will be Kasabian, The View and Just Jack.
Hopefully we'll get 3 live songs from Jarvis (which is the usual amount he's played on past shows with Pulp to promote DC, TIH and WLL), though I think the format in recent years has seen more artists being fit into the hour-long show so at times, like in the case of Richard Hawley (with 'Just Like The Rain') last year, some performers (usually the 'lesser lights' - David Gray did 2 or 3 tracks on the same show as Hawley) only get to do one song. You'd have to think Jarvis is top-draw from that line-up, it's about time the Kasabian upstarts were put into place...
In the absence of a album-trailing single it's good promotion for the lp, and is presumably the tv show Hawley meant when he said he'd agreed to do one tv gig.
The first programme of the series starts on Nov 3rd, with The Raconteurs featuring.
I have problem to record this show because i dont live in uk. Please someone record it for me on DVD in the original quality inclusive Interview and send to me by post. Contact me via my PULP trading homepage http://db.etree.org/kaspars.
dont know who they were but really the drummer and the guitarist reallllly looked like session musiciens, while richard and steve looked like, well, artists.
