What with the thread about That Boy's Evil stirring up some pretty strong reactions, I wondered what peoples thoughts were on these two tracks?
I've only heard one of them though I think and I'm not sure which one it is, so that makes me a bit useless, anyone got anything to say on the subject though?
I also think its great. The discogs entry at http://www.discogs.com/release/117780 says that they're different tracks and that they're remixes of My Legendary Girlfriend, but either that's wrong or I'm not as big of a Pulp fan as I thought?
Album version is excellent. Remix is a bit rubbish.
By the way, does anyone else have a problem with things they've just typed vanishing into the ether? I think the text box resets when the page is loaded and wipes itself.
Anyway, "This House Is Condemned" is the (excellent) last track on Separations. The two B-sides of the My Legendary Girlfriend single are remixes of this song done by Parrot & Winston, later of The All Seeing I - one of them is just called "This House Is Condemned" (not "This House Is Condemned (Parrot & Winston Mix)" or something) and the other is retitled "Is This House?".
