No reason I know. It was a hidden/unlisted track on the US release, so it could have been included. But H'n'H did match the UK tracklisting like the others.
One reason could be there was no space for it. As I don't have them, I'm not sure how long the bonus CDs run for. Also it is readily available elsewhere, as already mentioned, whereas the other bonus tracks aren't.

Everyone had His'n' Hers, Different Class & Hardcore (probably more), but are buying them again. Shame there wasn't just one CD with all the previously unreleased stuff (I have all the singles). I could afford that.
Razzmatazz isn't that readily available. OK, you can get it on Intro & Hits fairly cheaply (about £5 at amazon), but I remember spending months trying to track down the Gift CD (never got it, and stupidly didn't buy the 12" as I was getting rid of my turntable :banghead:) before Intro came out.
Even these days the Gift singles are hard to come by without paying a bit.
As you said, eventhough many of us have TIH, HH and DC, not everyone can afford them again. In my case, i'll have to live with(out) it

Because it doesn't belong there, probably. It's no more attached to His 'n' Hers than OU or any of the other songs on Intro; it predates the album itself by getting on for two years. The only stuff on the disc dating from that Intro and pre-Intro period are rarities (Live On, The Boss, the Space session) which would have otherwise been homeless because of the lack of an Intro special edition. The singles and b-sides from that period are already available on Intro, and I think that it was probably beyond the remit of those compiling the "special editions" of the albums to consider adding songs from what is essentially a whole other album which is still widely available.

mmm, now you're talking! Sheffield: Sex City (Instrumental) and O.U. (Gone, Gone) [Radio Edit] could be on that. And whatever else is in the Pulp vaults.

Razzmatazz is quite an amazing song.
Personally, I think it's their best.
Not sure if it would have worked, but when hits was released, it may have been an idea to have released Razzmatazz as a single in its own right to accompany it. If you accept that not too many people have Intro compared to the other albums, it may have sold enough to dent the top thirty and helped sales of hits (that's if they wanted to sell it!). It could even have been re-released in the wake of the Sisters e.p.
Maybe one day they will re-release all the Gift singles along with the Island singles. In a box set. Available in CD and 7". For about £40 each. That's what the Clash have done .And why I can't be forking out for the Pulp special editions as well.
I did get the Clash box sets for £25 each, and as I never got any of their singles first time round, it seemed to make more sense than repurchasing three albums I already have.
