A certain website is offering a competition to win the deluxe edition discs plus this:
"...some very limited edition(only 500 copies made) promo 'Do You Remember The First Time?' featuring Pulp's greatest hits and previously unheard material."
Wah? Sounds like "Hits" plus some more previously unheard material??? Interesting. My guess is they made them to send to journalists for reviews of the new records.
You'll have to find the contest yourself. I don't want to reduce my chance of winning.

No idea what that is. My guess, the 6Music guy made an error. Oh no! I've ruined the secret!

Paranoid hoarding of precious things? Inexplicable reluctance to share entirely chance windfalls with others? I wonder who this could be..?
The contest is on the BBC 6Music site, viewers. Quick tip, "anonymous", if you want to keep something a secret, don't put Google-friendly direct quotes in your post.
I've found some more information about this "Do You Remember the First Time?" promo disc. It's basically an 11-track promotional sampler, which contains a selection of tracks from the three deluxe edition albums. It doesn't include any tracks that aren't on the ordinary albums.
