I'm surprised it's not getting the Dolby Atmos treatment. Maybe a blu-ray audio in conjunction with SuperDeluxeEdition ?
I missed this at the time, but just spotted that DC30 was reviewed by SDE and there's a comment at the bottom of the page saying they tried to get it for a Blu-ray... so sounds like that's not happening any time soon :(
Given I have just forked out the thick end of £300 for a Pulp gig, I am wondering if this is worth buying. I have original DC on CD, a vinyl reissue and have the Glastonbury 1995 gig recorded on DVD. Ignoring the packaging, it seems steep at £99, but seems to be sold out on a few sites now.
When I saw you posting, I was sure it was going to be about how you've found it on offer for £50
If only. I recently got the 7 LP Teardrop Explodes box set for £65, so £100 for what is essentially 2 LPs (albeit on 4 discs) seems extravagant. Every time I stick it in my basket, there is this little voice in my head that says "£100 for a double LP, fcuk that! so I dont go ahead. If it wasnt Pulp (or Bowie), I wouldnt even consider it.
PS - just spent £200 on the last Bowie box set, so better hold off on pulp for now

DC 30 - if you dont want to fork out for the vinyl, the double CD is great...just for the Glastonbury set alone. The mix is far superior to anything broadcast, especially on Pink Glove and Sorted!!!

Im just trying to justify forking out £100 for the vinyl to that little voice in my head Having just spent nearly £300 on Pulp tickets along with £200 on the Bowie vinyl box set and £30 on Help 2 LP, it is screaming at me.
The CD is a very sensible suggestion, but aside from the car (noisy) and the laptop (tinny speakers), I dont have a CD player. Amazed Glastonbury is not on Apple Music.
