Just scrolling through Pulpwiki over the last couple of weeks and came across the Pulp Portfolio project, but can't seem to find any other trace anywhere about it. Is it still ongoing and if so, where can one access it?

Ongoing?! It was a labour of love for Stephen but life, kids etc. happen. Just good to see him back posting.

Are they on the FEELINGCALLEDLIVE.CO.UK site in some guise? Ian will probably know.

The individual shows/rarities are but nothing is labelled as Pulp Portfolio Project.

Going through my Pulp MP3s from CD RIPs and putting them all in order now for my own enjoyment, it's brilliant having the evolution up to 1987 now complete

Warms the heart!

Yes, it was my baby. And then actual babies happened.

I did start to send most of the stuff across to Ian to sit on his amazing website. Maybe he can remind me where I got to. All the files sit on my virtual Google Drive, so everything still exists. Happy to send it wherever it needs to go.

For reference, the key purpose of the thing was always to share. I didn't feel I could properly listen to the obscurities and gigs without being able to discuss them, so I set about seeking not just the recordings (which had often already been found) but the permission of those who taped them to make them publicly available.

Wow! How far did you get? Been listening for this last week and finished putting it all together, it's brilliant. Obviously for copyright purposes, I can't share the complete Portfolios with studio releases, but it really does effectively show their evolution.
