As with This Is Hardcore, there will factually be plenty of mixes and alternate versions of songs. Pretty sure I saw a photo of a tape that had Mix 6 on say TV Movie. You also have "monitor mix" versions of songs too. It's just how rough do you go ?

Monitor mixes are rarely interesting. It's rough but its still the version that's on the record, most of the time, before mastering. I'd buy a reissue with a real remix, with new bits or a better audio because DC needs it.
I find all that stuff pretty banal to be honest. A think a single original 'home demo' can complement a studio version nicely. But listening to any of the in studio noodlings and drafting in between - for any band - is usually pretty tedious.

Depends on the process used by the band. If they went in the studio and recorded quickly, there's probably not that many "new things" to hear. But in other cases, it can be very interesting with alternate bits, alternate takes, bits push upfront that completely change the way you think of a song.
So, when are we expecting the lead single and album confirmation to drop? It's usually done at the same time these days. Maybe soon after any Glastonbury announcement? The line-up tends to be revealed in March I think so not long now.
Steve may still technically be on there (ie Got To Have Love writing credit or they might even go back to the original demos and use parts).
Ha yes, wasnt sure if anyone remembered me. I almost came back after Steve passed, I probably shouldve. But here I am! Ill admit I havent heard any of the new songs. I wanted to try to make it to the Chicago show last year as it was as close as they came to me but I just couldnt cut the cost at the time. Hoping if they put out a new album itll mean another tour and Ill have the chance again. Are there any bootlegs of the songs from the concerts?

Bootlegs seem to be a thing of the past sadly, concerts are just full of tossers taking selfies and 20 second clips on their distorted Iphones. I miss full length bootlegs. If anyone is still doing any - I have a pack of 5 minidiscs unopened if needed.

Concerts have become a bit of a pain because of that yes... but, when you dont attend, you have everything new in high quality the next day on youtube. We heard most of the new songs in great quality. Was not possible 20 years ago. trying to see the good side here
