just found out that whatever reissue I have of DC has a funny typo on the inner sleeve. I think "Live Bed Show Doyle" is the lady reading the story at the beginning of Sheffield sex city

Yeah, he was Makey at some point too (one of the Gift singles). At some point I sent a cheeky question into Pulp People's Dr Pulp page and Steve confirmed his correctly spelt name is in fact SLEEVE MAQUEY.

It does amuse me that Pulp have had members called Jarvis, Candida, Magnus, Russell - all of which are rather unusual - yet the name the sleeves always mucked up was Steve's.
