I remember seeing this when Jarv was on his book tour I think - the other bloke is the British ambassador in Mexico. Definitely big in Latin America.

I hope Cocker at least learned a handful of Spanish phrases for the hospitality shown towards him in Central and South America.

His "attempts" at improving his French, despite spending large parts of the last 20 years there, have been by all accounts, embarassing and lazy.
