I was hoping someone on here might be able to help out here.

Given that the album was removed from Apple music recently it does seem all a bit weird and worrying, especially as Sobchak would have been a minor when the album came out.
The deluxe version of the album was briefly removed from Spotify (I'm in Australia BTW). It's available for me. This one is copyrighted 2006 Universal-Island Ltd.
The one without the bonus tracks is copyrighted 1998 Island Records as a division of Universal Music Operations Ltd.
Not sure if this means anything, and I don't know how Spotify works, but I'm assuming the labels are in charge of whether things stay up or get taken down.
Reminds me of how there are two versions of Paris 1919 by John Cale, each copyrighted by different groups (Crazy Warthog Media and Domino Record Co Ltd).
I'm just assuming TIH had a copyright/label issue. I swear I've seen plenty of albums get taken down just to be available later.
