This one's 42 minutes long and quite interesting. Anybody concerned about book spoilers should be okay with this one - he talks about his upbringing, television, radio, jumble sales (and the style shift in the late 1970s), John Peel, Scott Walker, how going to St Martin's changed his view of people and the world, etc., without reading directly from the book.
