Reminds me of the cover/drawings in Hatherley's book on Pulp, Uncommon.

Just had a quick look, these are the references I have noticed so far:

Bar Italia

Be there 2 o'clock by the fountain down the road (the clock and the fountain)

Eating boxes of Milk Tray (top right)

Smoke some fags and play some pool (top left)

The Trees (top left - photo in the background)

Cocker's masterful control of the bicycle

This is probably quite an obscure reference but it looks like there's someone sat outside Bar Italia eating breakfast. If I remember rightly, Jarvis sat outside and ate breakfast with Heroes of the Beach

He did but I think obscurity is high on that one! Would be surprised if it was intentional. The boxes of cereal in the Common People video is probably not referenced either but this will likely be glory years, not 80s shiz.
Anyway, someone should tell Jarvis about it on Insta. He'd love it.

Bottom right generally is I Spy - "...drinking your brandy. I just wanted you to come home unexpectedly one afternoon, to catch us at it in the front room". Could the female lover be wearing a pencil skirt too?

Disco 2000 is next to the fountain
The woman with the pushchair makes me think of "Just another song about single mothers and sex"
I also feel like the woman sat outside Bar Italia is Susan in the early days... and it's also Susan with the pushchair from later years, heading home to 59 Lyndhurst Road... or maybe we're Watching Nicky! :)
