This probably isn't great timing as Real Life things are starting to happen again, but what the heck.
Some of you might be familiar with a platform called Mixlr which has been used quite a bit over the past year for people to hold online discos and the like. You can 'broadcast' music and there's a chat window so people can hang out virtually while enjoying the tunes.
Would there be any interest in doing something like this with some Pulp deep cuts? Sort of a Bar Italia social? I'd be happy to put together a couple of hours of rare-ish stuff, probably nothing completely unheard but hopefully fairly interesting all the same, and whoever fancied it could listen in and shoot the breeze.
I think a weekday evening would probably work best as some of us are starting to get busier on a weekend, and there'd need to be a few of us to make it worthwhile - about half a dozen minimum? So if you're interested, reply here and if there are enough of us, I'll get it set up.

You need to sign up for a Mixlr account to listen, but it's dead easy, you can use your Facebook details if you want.
It works better if you can manage to use either the desktop site or the app (desktop is best). There is a mobile site too but it's a bit shonky and doesn't have the chat function.
See you in the clubhouse...

Looking forward to seeing a few of you at this. Just putting the finishing touches to the playlist now. By which I definitely don't mean I'm just starting it. No siree.
Tum te tum...

It was really good to listen and chat to some old and new faces. I'd certainly welcome another. It's been a good week for music with this and the new Teenage Fanclub album
