1st May is Mrs. ArrGee's birthday, so I had to keep it free.
So I can't see Jarv Is nor Boomtown Rats at Palladium. Could have done both.
My birthday was on Saturday and all I got was a Pulp movie on Sky Arts All my other plans went up in smoke from Butlin's not allowing my under 18 daughter into the Alternate festival in Minehead (so I cancelled) and Orient & Arsenal having their games postponed. So I just went out and had a very boozy brunch.
Anyway I am off to Brighton to see Boomtown Rats and Roundhouse for Jarv Is instead.
Clear sign of his popularity, the Rough Trade in-store sold out straight away. On Rough Trade's site they have about three in-stores a week listed for the next three months and I don't think any of the others have sold out.
