...was absolutely sensational. Easily the best Jarvis gig I've ever been to. It was also better than several Pulp gigs I've been to, too.
No further details for now as I don't want to spoil it for anyone. Suffice to say the new songs are *brilliant*. A lot of it sounded like Pulp somewhere between 1987 and 1991, but they could really play, and Jarvis was a much better (and funnier) lyricist than he used to be.
