Having just gone through my archives, I have noticed that I am missing a few things. I did indeed have the full Homelands gig with the debut of Bad Cover Version - though I have now lost this.
Also does anyone have DYRTFT from Glastonbury 1998?
Pretty sure I have a cassette with the radio broadcast of Homelands. I will try to hunt it out when I get time.
I was also at 1996 Newcastle Arena show. I can probably recite every moment by memory if you like?!

Far out... It was a special night. My first Pulp gig, and being kids we were terrified that the Brit Awards shenanigans would lead to prosecutions and cancellation. They opened with I Spy, if memory serves, letting the jingly opening cords linger for what seemed forever.

Ive got the gig - im just missing the debut of BCV (which was left off the radio broadcast however I acquired the song - but ive lost it lol)
I only have the radio broadcast of Homelands. Also, I made a CD up where I spliced together parts of the Glastonbury 1998 broadcast and the tracks on "This is Glastonbury", putting the songs in the right order whilst I was at it, but "Do You Remember the First Time?" wasn't broadcast or released so it isn't included on this CD
They did broadcast First Time (and a couple of other unique tracks I think) on Evening Session in 1999. I do have it but my collection is in a right mess now and I can't easily get to it I'm afraid.
Apparently there was a BBC promo CD of the whole concert - I've never seen/heard it though. Think it's pretty scarce.

No worries chaps. It's funny, I seem to remember not being too crazy about that show at the time, but having listened to a few little bits of it the other day it seems to have aged well. Hearing them ham it up in The Fear is a treat.

I never ever forgot about that performance of DYRTFT? - only ever heard it once, and that was in Ians car when we were conveiniently driving to Sheffield to someones book launch party!
I think I may be confusing the debut of BCV for the debut of Trees on the Homelands broadcast. I think it's time I digitalised all of my cassettes regardless so gonna hunt it out anyway.
That's a brilliant version of ...First Time. Again my memory playing tricks on me as I thought I had a copy somewhere but really don't think I have ever heard it. Thanks very much for sharing, Mark!
I never thought the Pulpy side of my brain would get like this but as it's 20 years (TWENTY YEARS) tomorrow since that afformentioned Newcastle show (which was my first concert too) it may just be an age thing.
Trees was indeed debut at Homelands, however factually BCV was never broadcast, and I actually sourced the whole homelands gig from a contact. I lost that gig amongst hard drive fuck ups .
