Thanks for all the kind words, everyone. It's a big project (perhaps 30 hours work for a big entry like this one) and I'm doing my best to find time now that I'm in-between jobs.
As for publishing it - yes, as an end-goal, with much of it re-written, but only if I can get a bigger audience for it. Right now each post gets about 100 views, and though I've got associated Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr accounts, they don't seem to be helping that much. Does anyone have any advice on how to get more readers or can anyone even give me any help in promoting it?
feels great to have Pulp saturdays back, as Panther put it. the only reason I stay on Facebook are music updates, like this one. good luck with the biggies (and I still hope you will find a job even though that means less updates)
Why not seek the rest of us out on Twitter/Facebook etc? Happy to share anything you've written as it's such an excellent project. If everyone on here gave you another five/six readers on each social media platform, hopefully it might feel more worthwhile!
But you'll have to give up your anonymity first I suppose!
Do I have anonymity? Never thought of it like that. I'm @weejay and the site has its own account @Pulpsongs - the facebook account is www.facebook.com/pulpsongs/ - and the lonely, unloved tumblr feed is at freaksmisshapesweeds.tumblr.com/
