I also saw something (old) going past on Twitter about a competition to win tickets by suggesting questions for the Q&A, which suggests that they might take the questions beforehand rather than a random waving of hands in the audience. So that then depends on who is doing the sifting as to the quality of question we end up with.

 Oh, this guy is awesome in the film! A real character and funny as hell!
