Knew I'd told my story before and didn't want to bore people with it again but it's nice to see that thread again Fran. Ps. really loving your memories Jason, I was too young to see Pulp in those days even though I was around in Sheffield. It's always interesting to discover what was going on around you when you were growing up.

Before i opended this toic, i was looking for somethinglike that, couldn't image, that no one had ever written about that before. But there are so many topics... So sorry, I didn't want to bore you. Otherwise: we found some other treasures!

 Don't worry about it, always new stories to be told. For example, we'd never heard your story before and it's just as valid as anyone else's.

 I hope I didn't sound like I was moaning. The search facilities on here can be a bit random and it's only because I had an idea I remembered the thread title that I found it at all. It is great to see everyone's stories again.

Some good stories here mine was simple heard  Disco 2000 on the radio for the first time definitely sometime in 1996 was thirteen at the time and for a christmas present I kindly asked my parents if I can get a few albums one of which was DC. The other two I am almost sure were Definitely Maybe and Whats The Story? all on cassette tape and the rest is history from there as they say.
