When youve got that many creative people in a room someone has to drive at points though.

 I think that we all take over the wheel at certain points. Candys brilliant at coming up with legendary string parts and keyboard lines. Its not always who shouts loudest, youve got to be able to listen.

But it's all a fairly interesting read.
