I put Wickerman on once, my friends thought I was nuts.

I heard a song other than CP or Disco 2000 in a club last night, it was Babies. I ended up chatting with the DJ and turns out, he's a massive Pulp fan, and I implored him to play Party Hard but apparently it "clears the floor"

That surprises me. I'd have thought that to people who'd never heard Babies or Party Hard before, Party Hard would be more instantly accessible.

Not surprised you heard Babies, that was on the A-list of every indie club night I went to in the late 90s, probably due to it being The Greatest Song Ever Recorded.

Used to play 'Party Hard' & 'Do You Remember The First Time' a lot when I used to DJ. Usually it went down a treat. ALL other DJs played 'Disco 2000' or 'Babies'.

Yeah but you still jump around like a possessed demon when Disco comes on.

'Fat Children' went down quite well as well.

Was very excited to hear Sunrise in Pivni beer bar in York today - then it came on again pretty much less than half an hour later (think there was a jukebox though I wasn't responsible for either)

My nine year old went to a pub with his dad (my ex) a week or so ago and, to the annoyance of his father, put Sorted and Sunrise on the jukebox. That's my boy :)
