So, as some of you may be aware, I have a student radio show, and I'm considering doing a Pulp special (if I can get it approved by the right people!) playing album tracks and b-sides, but also I'd like to get you guys involved. If it gets approved, as well as the rarities, I'd like to possibly have voice clips of some of you guys talking about why you love Pulp, what drew you to Pulp and favourite songs etc etc. I'll post more info if it does get approved, but song ideas would be great! I'm planning on playing at least one track per era so to speak, so at the moment the selections are...
Blue Girls
Anorexic Beauty
Death II
O.U
Seconds
Ansaphone
Cocaine Socialism or Sylvia
Birds In Your Garden
I would play Sheffield: Sex City and Bob Lind but alas, swearing is most definitely a nono!

Possibly! It's been approved by the way, so (as I said in the original post) I'd love to get recordings of you guys talking about what Pulp means to you, why you like them, favourite songs etc etc. I'd love to make it a celebration of the band by the fans, so it'd help a lot instead of me having to find people at uni!

I posted up there saying it's been approved! I'm aiming for it to air on 19th Feb, so if everyone could have their voice clips to me by the 13th Feb, you can email them to hiddenandnotsohiddengems@live.com

I'd say a few words on behalf of "Catcliffe Shakedown". No kidding, I consider it Pulp's best work.
I don't think I'll ever tire of it. Obviously no one but Jarvis could have come up with those lyrics but equally the music could only have been written by Pulp.
