I've updated the sandbox to show this. Although the source code appears to show that the images are on two different lines, there is no line return. It's a bit tricky to explain what I mean, but hopefully you get the gist of what I'm trying to say.

I've had a bit of a tinker in the PulpWiki sandbox, and I haven't been able to figure out how to resize the images. I have tried images uploaded directly to PulpWiki and images stored externally, and I am having trouble resizing both. I think the best bet would be to resize and reupload the image and then insert the resized image.

If it was HTML based I think I'd try and persevere in a trial and error way, but I can't really make head or tail of this new fangled wiki-ing. I've got old.
Hope your 'between jobs' status ends in you actually being in a job. It's not much fun to be where you are right now...
Well done for working it out. The PulpWiki markup is confusing. I do really need to spend some time improving the help pages.
To display a small version of an image and link to the full size version: [[ Image URL | Image URL | width=150 height=150 etc. ]] (It is best to use just a width or just a height, not both.)
To resize an image without linking: [[ Image URL | | width=150 height=150 etc. ]]
