What do you think about Pulp playing the SS Coachella Cruise? [50 vote(s)]

I'm fine with it! Why shouldn't they?

Hmm...a bit ethically ropey, but why not 'eh? It'd certainly be somewhat unique!

I'm not impressed. It's pandering to the uncommon people too much.

This is a really bad idea. It's seriously turning my stomach thinking about it.

I am now no longer a Pulp fan. Thank you and GOODNIGHT.

Will Pulp be playing the theater or outdoors?

Change of heart

This has been bothering me all day. I voted middle but I think now maybe second from top because the last thing I want is pulp being discouraged by the fact that even their biggest fans (ie. us on this forum) are criticising them. they may be more inclined to stop afterwards. Also I am in no position to criticise since the entire reunion seems to be centred around the fans. Despite being a bit dodgy they deserve to play on a cruise if they want to and they have the opportunity to.

To sum up: It's impossible to stay mad at pulp. Best take it out on coachella for thinking of the stupid idea in the first place.

Mine too, hopefully they'll play an extended version, it fades out way too soon!

Don't mind it, bands nowadays would do anything for big money and Pulp is no different. Where they ever ? at least since success hit.

But i wouldn't go. It's a shitty idea in fact. Good for stalkers, but for fans, i don't know, what's the point. I'd rather them have a Las Vegas show.

it just doubles the likelihood of me getting sick in front of pulp and that's something I wouldn't want to happen. certainly not if I was paying that much to see them.

Probably won't be a problem if the cruise is half capacity but you shouldn't assume you'll get to see Pulp twice, from the FAQ:

Can I see them [an artist] twice?

You will have the opportunity to choose to see each artist at least once. Some artists youll be able to see twice.

Does he serve cocktails on the deck too ? "i'd love one, Jarv", tips not included in the price of the ticket.

 I love to meddle...

...that's why I'm a mod!

I have added polls as I believed (wrongly in your case), it's not that obvious how to add a poll and it can only be done in the first post.  I'm not sure about this but I believe posts can't always be edited after 24 hours by non-mods.

I won't meddle with your posts anymore
