Thought an album produced by Jarvis should have its own thread. Just had a listen to some stuff on iTunes. She sings as well, and there's some other instruments involved - some songs sound quite experimental. Might be an interesting album.
It's all like 2003 again, isn't it? Jarvis is producing a harp album, Russell is writing a musical about the miner's strike, Nick is baking cups and Mark is playing artwank films that no-one wants to see in a dark room in London.
And yet they could just stop being tossers and get on stage and play some songs that people like. And the audience (three quarters of whom want to sleep with them and three quarters of whom want to be them) will lap up every note, riff and Cockerian aside.
It's like they don't want people to like them or something.
That was deliberate :) There are five members of Pulp (six on a good day). There are different members to want to rut with and different members to want to rut as.
That photo she posted on Twitter yesterday is also here on her website.
"The Moths are Real", sounds like an episode of Dr Who. In her biog, there is a quote from Jarv liking her previous album, so presumably it evolved from there somehow.

You've never been to one of his film screenings have you? They are usually packed. And they are not all artwank.
