Hello everyone. Sorry to land this on you but I guess this is one of the good things about forums, you can share things with people.

My clubnight (in Manchester) is back on August 3rd at Kraak Gallery. 11pm-4am. Great Indie, Post-Punk, Shoegaze, "Electronica", Alt-Rock, Lo-Fi, Psych, Kraut and more. We're currently letting everyone know the deal through facebook and our brand new twitter page.

Does Alan Sparhawk not help you with the flyers?

Countdown if it's 7" or 12" as opposed to the album version. SSC otherwise.

Is this gonna be like one of Sturdy's nights* wherein mysterious BA people are in the same room together, but no-one knows quite who is who?

*I was guilty of playing the album version of Countdown here last week. Tut. I felt I should confess.

Hopefully did redeem self by playing Baby Birkin, though.

Haha, I've seen those drawing....skills....I think I'd have more luck with the kids making a flyer... I won't play any menswear lets just get that out of the way. What's everyone's favourite Loop album?

It's a strange one for me and The Fall. I always liked what I heard, I saw them live a few times and enjoyed it very much. The only song I have though is My New House (which, incidentally, Alan did a cover with in one of his other bands). Great song, I will play that.

The Thermals, they did that song Its Trivia, I like that a lot. Saw them in London once and my sister put them on in Manchester, great shows. Only have that 1 album though.

Fair call. I love Fade Out... 'This Is Where You End' is such a great track! Love their cover of Thief of Fire too, great group. Shame Robert ain't getting them back together ever! Saw Main at Primavera though which was great, glad he is still quietly going about his business. Got a few releases coming up on Editions Mego.

Yeah, picked that up on LP in Manchester not long ago. If you're a big fan, we're hoping to have Robert at one of our nights towards the end of the year. Either as a solo show or with main. It's all very minimal now though, no guitars at present! Will keep you posted.
