Was this interview done last autumn or have Pulp played in Brixton more recently? If they did, why didn't I know about it!

Actually, it must have been in the autumn - I think I was at the gig referred to.

yeah he had a go at Mark last September but I don't remember it being all that bad - can't believe it was actually bad enough for Steve to shout at him. Was Jarvis in Transformers III?

Honest to God, some of (a lot of) the people on the comments section of the Guardian are the most sanctimonious tossers on the world wide wifi web.

Am on the mobile so can't see the link, but J was a bit mean to M, but I thought all took it in good spirits. And yes, Guardian commentors are every bit as bad as Daily Mail ones. Just in a different way. Check out the comments following their J q and a around the time the book came out. Jeez!

To be fair I think Steve's right, Mark could hardly have gone, "eff off" or whatever as Jarvis has the microphone and says what goes.

He's mentioned a couple of times on the radio lately that he's given up smoking and I think he also suggested a couple of those winter holidays to Costa Rica were health-related cold evasion, not merely a nice time in the sun.

Guardian comments is full of pricks and not worth reading. Wonder what's wrong with his lungs... he certainly sounds fine.
