Oh another thing that you might all enjoy: when we met Jarvis the first night, he asked my friend Darren what his name was and Darren told him and Jarvis said "Oh, I'm also sometimes Darren!"

I'm so gutted I didn't get to make the trip up to see them for either of the 2 NYC shows...I couldn't afford the airfare and hotel and ticket prices...sucks when you don't have a job!
I wish they'd had more US tour dates; I mean, the US is a huge country, surely they could've played more than a few places...like Charlotte, NC for example! Oh well.
Hopefully someone recorded the shows and they'll be released on mp3 so I can at least hear what I missed.

I thought some of the YouTube footage outstanding. Those trendy New Yorkers must be bang up to date with the latest mobile devices! RCMH is a very pretty venue too. Hopefully their's a decent audio out there.
tricia, it was wonderful to meet you and your friends outside after the second night. and after reading your latest blog entries, i see that we are something of kindred spirits...except it's jarvis for me.
i did cry on wednesday night when it was finally all over. my friend had to act as a mini-therapist for me and my insane pathetic blubbering.
it was just so beautiful. i hope that the band could feel all the tremendous love projected toward them in those two nights. and that is what i have: just so much love for this band. i feel like crying again now.
