It's the album and the b-sides and a few little odd bits. Only tracks 12, 13 and 14 are included in the download as you've already got tracks 1-10 on Freaks (it's your choice to use the normal or the remastered version). Tracks 11, 15 and 16 are on Masters of the Universe (with track 11 also available on the Freaks remaster.
Slight nitpicky pedantic correction - the 12" / Masters of the Universe version of TSaN does sound different, but not because of the mix, which is the same as the album version. It's just mastered differently (better), with more top-end clarity.
