Weener, my worries exactly. Especially with troglodytes that man the reception area...

Back in the UK for this but without tix. Someone posted a discount code for viagogo last year that never seemed to expire.  It was £20 off per ticket and I used it for months and went to some very cheap gigs. I don't think it was an official code as no google search finds it.  I thought it was in the Brixton thread from last year but I can't see it.  Anyone remember it?  It was something like cfv20. Someone deleted my cookies and I lost it.

I used the code as well but sadly it has stopped working.

The internal mail struggles to reach me.  Normally left in some random pigeon hole.

Always a bit of a pain when they decide to courier tickets...especially if it is not mentioned when you actually make the booking (I don't think it was). Thankfully, there was someone in to take them in for me.

They tend to courier standing tickets as they want to be sure of delivery as they can't issue duplicates.  Seats go by standard post as they can issue a duplicate to the card holder if need be.  But it wasn't mentioned when I purchased.  The clue is often in the transaction fee.  If it is more than £5 it will be couriered.

Ah! This would explain why my seat ticket came through the normal post.

Ticket saga.

Arrived on Monday at my house. I work, so was not in. They went back to the Couriers. Who emailed me to notify of the failure. I contacted them and told them to send them to my work address. They did this Tuesday, but instead of delivering it to the 8th floor of the 15 floor building, they decided to deliver to the only floor they'd previously dealt with - the 5th. No delivery. Back to couriers (even though they had my mobile).

Informed me by email today that this had failed. I replied in a very unhappy manner and received an automated response that had a phone number. Phoned up and got angry at them (I had previously been made angry by car insurance dullard people lying at me) and was told they'd deliver it to the correct floor tomorrow. I did inform them I'm only here 'til 2:30 but they said they couldn't work around that.

Finally got a second call off them just now. The first guy taken the name down wrong "GNAC" instead of "GMAC c/o Greater Manchester Police" as specified. But now the floor is correct. And as "an act of good will" they're going to deliver it before 1.

We shall see...

I wondered why I got mine by 'normal' post - so it's because I've got seated? Oh well, at least there's one advantage to the outrage of having to sit down at a Pulp gig. Anyone going to the Pulp night at Feeling Gloomy after?

Surely no one will be sitting in the seats will they?  Only time I had a seat (Theatre Royal) everyone was up throughout.  Well except for when Menswe@r were on smile.

No, but I'll be restrainted by seats in the way and the possibility of people tutting behind me because they thought they were going to a menswe@r concert. But no more moaning from me - I'M GOING TO SEE PULP AGAIN.....WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
