Stalkers hang around outside houses and call constantly (i've had a couple of stalkers...) going to your favourite guitarist's public film night is not stalking. I used to go to Jarvis and Steve's club, and I'm no stalker!
whilst it's obvious to the universe that Sarah has a massive crush on Mark, she's not a stalker either!
I once leapt out at Jarvis when he came to open an art's centre in our local park, and interupted the proceedings to ask him to sign my vinyl copy of Further Complications. Does that make me a stalker? (The people around me definitely looked at me like I was)
This is getting a bit out of hand. I don't want to upset anyone at all, but I think this forum should maybe get back to the topic of Pulp's music. Bar the few "Jarvis has a beard!" and "Jarvis is getting divorced!" threads, the great thing about this forum is how pleasantly serious it is. A mature appreciation of the band in question, with many people chipping in with bootlegs, rare tracks, and also their knowledge and opinions regarding the group. This is what most band forums lack (and is why most band forums are utterly unbearable), and it would be nice to retain as much of this as possible on here.
OK, Ok, maybe we should wrap this thread up. But I just want to leave you with one last thought.
Roses have sharp and cruel thorns. The more beautiful the rose the sharper the thorn. Even the most experienced gardeners will find themselves scratched, and though they should be used to it, each little barb hurts and can cut deep. But every scratch, every cut, every drop of blood is worth it though, because the roses are so beautiful.
Sorry for any offense, I wasn't being serious at all, but you folks weren't to know that in hindsight. Apologies. Just joined to get the latest info etc.

But... that doesn't sound very exciting! I'm off to create an utterly frivolous thread...
I like this thread. Who hasn't fancied someone unattainable? Jarvis wrote Disco 2000 (like, doh!). And at least it's Mark she likes. I know someone at work who wrote hundreds of love letters to Coheed and Cambria frontman, Claudio Sanchez. Yes, that guy.
