I'll buy it for face value (and buy you a beverage of your choice) but I don't have the funds or morals (if that's the right word) to get involved in a bidding war.

With my moderator hat on selling tickets over face + booking is a no-no.  By all means stick it on ebay, but this is not the place to sell them.
