I had a fanzine back when I was an innocent young teenager, and was lucky enough to interview Russell at the Hollywood Grand.  I think their tour manager recognized us from the previous show in San Francisco (where they had a signing as well as a show) and we begged him to ask Russell.  We were pretty shocked (but prepared!) when Russell said yes, so we interviewed him before soundcheck and got to hang around and watch them rehearse.  Oddly I don't have that issue of the fanzine in my files, it must be boxed up somewhere.  I would probably be very embarassed to read the silly questions we asked him.

That would be an absolute dream if they played that. One of my all time faves! Risk of alienating the audience would be extremely high with that one though!

@twig - Wow, I wish I had that good of taste in music when I was a teenager (or the fortitude to approach one of my favorite musicians in such a fashion) - I'm impressed! I'd love to read it if you ever found a copy.
