Obviously they won't be doing all of those at each gig. The last bit is just their selection they can chop and change with when they feel like it. I can't believe they were daft enough to stick it all on one piece of paper though! Surely they have heard of the internet! (yes they definately have I have seen them on it)
Anyway - If I do just manage one of the shows this year I can die a happy man! This is going to be ace!!

I hope there's more as well - hoping they'll do the other singles off This Is Hardcore.
Was also hoping for The Fear as that would be a brilliant opener, but the setlist is still spot on.
holy SHIT that first encore.....the first four songs, O.U./Countdown/Joyriders/His N Hers is like a DREAM encore for me! I'm hoping to god I get to see those four played together like that, that would be incredible. pretty much as perfect a main set as you can ask for too!
It occured to me in the night that most of us won't be getting that encore! Festivals have strict curfews so for most the show will end at 'Common People'. So don't get carried away or you're gonna end up being disappointed.
Good innit? This crossed my mind as well as I was reading the setlist. Am I the only one that will find it a bit odd to see Jarvis singing the songs with the beard though? Haha. I'm sure I'll get over it though.
Great to see Pink Glove on the list. The potential encore songs are all great as well, although I could take or leave Acrylic Afternoons. Would much rather have She's A Lady instead, if only so Russell could have his big moment.
And yes, I am also intrigued to know whether they brought the stylophone along with them. Am guessing that, if O.U. is on their list, they must be touring with that as well.
Also thrilled to see Countdown on there...I think that's a really good choice.
I have a feeling that this is the beginning of something really great. Looking forward to seeing all the setlists being posted and hopefully some nice, good quality video footage too!
Also...is it sad that I almost had trouble clicking on the setlist links as I was too excited to have a steady hand?
Yeah this might be controversial but I prefer Countdown to My Legendary Girlfriend!
Same...and I also prefer Sheffield: Sex City to My Legendary Girlfriend, and I think they have made the right choice there too, as the two couldn't really co-exist in the same gig.
This was posted by Alphi in the "Pulp In France" thread. Thought I had better put it here as well... ----------------------------------------------- There is a lot of disinformation about the setlist in the other topic Here is the actuel setlist:
First set (festival set)
Do You Remember the First Time? Pink Glove Pencil Skirt Something Changed Disco 2000 Babies Sorted For E's & Wizz F.E.E.L.I.N.G.C.A.L.L.E.D.L.O.V.E. I Spy Underwear This Is Hardcore (without Russell) Sunrise (without Russell) Bar Italia
Anyone else getting slightly edgy about the title "Festival set"? Does this suggest that at the festivals, they won't be bothering with the encore songs...including Wireless?? I think I would possibly cry a little.
everyone just looked so happy to be back - candida was smiling away, and i could see russell dancing at the side during the build ups/mental guitar bits/ of sunrise.
it was just fucking amazing. I'll stop going on now.
but does anyone know what he was wittering on about during o.u and countdown?
A lot of the festivals they're at they're playing beneath headliners, Wireless will hopefully mean a longer setlist. They've got to have an encore if they're headlining surely?
