A Touch of Glass - Meltdown 2000 (I can't say much for the quality of this but as far as I know, it is the best quality copy out there)

This is just brilliant Ian, thanks so much. Quality is ok for me, it may be a touch quiet but there's no loud crowd noise. This is a really fascinating glimpse into WLL. Hearing these songs is such a treat.
In Pulp People newsletter 10, it says: 'During the tours we made a few in-store appearances playing short sets of "acoustic" versions of songs'.
This refers to the His 'n' Hers UK and French tours. It doesn't prove the Manchester date took place, but it at least indicates the Sheffield date wasn't a one off.
There was also an acoustic show in FNAC record store in Nancy, France on 17th May 94 (of which a recording exists).
Common peeps, has anyone come across a recording of the first night at Brixton yet? I know there have been various requests all over the board, but at a glance to no avail. Great to see a link to Wireless on a Russian site - it raises my hopes...
You'll know if I find anything. It's been really bugging me. I have found a lovely Sisters EP advert and a review. Oh god I've found lots of stuff just not what I'm actually looking for. My wife thinks I'm mad to have kept all this stuff. I'm a terrible hoarder she says, although I would counter that I am simply a collector.
Oh go on tell us what was wrong I need to know now!
Here's the two lists.. shame Pulpwiki doesn't let you link to a historical version, as that would have saved me 5 mins! :)
Errors:
no Weeds
Bad Cover Version, Birds in Your Garden & Live Bed Show were in the wrong order
I'm pretty sure my update is the right order (you can hear the start of the next song at the end of each track) and it's the right gig because Jarvis has some banter with the crowd about Robin Hood (he's from Sheffield you know) and they play Little Girl.
Thanks for linking this! It's quite good quality although a bit 'swooshy on the higher frequencies'.
Still no 31st August Brixton though no :(
Sorry it so long to reply, been having major internet outages
You're welcome. I admit, it may not be soundboard quality, but at least it is a 'listenable' copy. And after all, something is better than nothing!!
Maybe the August Brixton show will surface in the future. Could well be in 2021.
Regards,
Any chance of having Leeds put into somewhere not in Dimedozen? Also still looking for the 31st Brixton and the San Francsico/Ponoma shows from last week but obviously they haven't turned up yet.
