Munich june 96: http://www.mediafire.com/?bc6wjmgy84wtxsc
This is actually the link for 1996-06-15 Hultsfred Festival, Sweden
Also I have accidentally deleted my copy of the Portsmouth, South sea pier sound check (with chesey lady etc)- is there any chance you could upload that too? I will leave you alone after that I promise :)
Ok, since we're feeling generous I'll once again ask if anyone has 25th June 200, 'Touch of Glass' Scott Walker Meltdown show? I have the last track, a cover of Scott Walkers 'On Your Own Again', from the show and the rest must be out there but so far have been unable to trace it.
Let's just hope that the lovely Ian helps us all out! However, I don't like to nudge on a first date.
Nothing to worry about . I totally forgotten about that. I will get it uploaded as soon as I can.
In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone had an mp3 of the radio edit of "OU", I've got the 12" single but no longer have a record player. I think that the radio edit is different as well as shorter than the 12" but can't quite remember.

Not drastically different, mainly just the build up at the start chopped off.
Also, I think 1994 April 27 is actually April 29th (Sheffield HMV lunchtime accoustic). But you don't have that too, so all is good.
Regarding the acoustic show, really sorry not to have mentioned this sooner - I've only just listened to the recording properly - but I'm not convinced this actually is from HMV Sheffield. I already had a copy of this recording, which I got about ten years ago and it's labelled 'Piccadilly Records, Manchester, 27th April 94'. I think that's probably a better bet.
I know that date isn't mentioned on the wiki, that's because I forgot, and also because I've never found any list of acoustic shows that took place '94. They were not mentioned in the Pulp People newsletters, for example. That Sheffield date actually only appeared on the wiki around a month ago when I noticed it in a press cutting I've got.
I'm inclined to move the setlist to the Manchester date, but could you possibly let me know blueowl0708, do you have any more evidence one way or another?
By the way, many thanks to Freek, blueowl0708, Ian and others for sharing so any recordings recently. I do plan to reciprocate and share some stuff I've got soon.
Yes, I've had it for a while too, labelled as Manchester. I've only recently started filing my live recordings and only noticed that it might be wrong when Freek requested it.
There's no mention of a lunchtime Manchester set in Truth & Beauty or anywhere I can find online so I see no evidence that it happened apart from how an mp3 set was labeled. The Sheffield HMV set however, is mentioned in T&B.
I have nothing else to go on, so it's ultimately up to you.
Well, regarding the acoustic show Jarvis clearly says that it's the first time they've ever done anything like this. If they did do a set in Manchester then it predates Sheffield by two days. That article Will mentions says that they performed seevral sings from HnH and Dogs are Everywhere. On reflection I would plump for Manchester as that nights show is also in circulation but the Sheffield Octagon show is not. What a shame.
