The full set has never been televised - amazing to think only 7 of the 12 songs have been broadcast according to pulpwiki. I wonder if there'll be more this time round.

I fully expect a Pulp Glasto DVD to have been released this time next year collating all their appearances (inc. '94 & '98) if they headline it next summer.

Excellent... looks like it's an hour long, so that'll be the full set probably.

For what it's worth, I think more songs were broadcast than PulpWiki lists. I distinctly remember seeing Mis-Shapes at the time - possibly as part of some sort of highlights thing the following day rather than the main programme.

There is a video of the whole thing doing the rounds although I haven't seen it - I think from an Australian broadcast?

One hour will be more or less complete, there may be the odd song excluded to keep it within the hour, but I suspect it will be as complete as it will ever be.

Only "Pink Glove" was dropped. Pity as it features Mark going a bit psycho at the cameraman

Haha, it does indeed, Sarah. The night of Pulp's zenith and Mark is still non-plussed.

Thanks for posting this up, enjoyed watching it last night. It's a shame Pink Glove was ommitted!

Did anyone see Jarvis on Shooting Stars on G.O.L.D the night before?? :)

Was it the first or second appearance on Shooting stars? I remember the 2nd being highly hilarious (ashamed to say mainly at Jarvis' expense!)

Saving the glasto 95 screening to watch tomorrow after a few drinks and everyone is in bed! Don't tell me what happens: I have only heard it several thousand times. Last time I saw the visuals though was on TV in 1995.

It's on iplayer - though if I knew how to get it from the tv to a laptop I'd put it on DVD and send it to you

Im not too sure Weed...

Jarvis got called a 'weed in tweed'. He was mocked for his weakness when they asked him to guess the creature at the end of a lead which dragged him to the floor (it was a kitten). And he had to do the final challenge which involved throwing stuff at a large image of a celebrities face.

It was all pretty funny as Shooting Stars always is!!

It was the second one.

iPlayer bit-rate/encoding won't be anywhere near as good as a DVB stream or DVD recording... let's hope it gets a second showing... sometime!

I have a very good recording of it  (HQ recording, so one hour on a DVD).

I can make it available as an iso.  Contact me via PM if you want it.  You will need to have 7-zip (free download) and be able to burn the iso.

Don't expect a lot of technical support, I'm not going to have this as a tutorial on making DVDs, that is all out there on the net.  I'm just providing raw materials smile.gif

Please don't ask me to send it by post, I reckon that would cost a fortune given the number of requests.
