Hi all, am trying to find out if it's possible to buy a day ticket for Primavera. So far I can see what i assume are weekend tickets on the See site (http://www.seetickets.com/Event/PRIMAVERA-SOUND-2011/Parc-Del-Forum/509092/)

Does anyone know about the day tickets?

Loz, I believe it is weekend tickets only. I have had to buy this as I'm travelling when Pulp play London (and their inevitable Glastonbury slot!)

I found that for the 2010 festival they did sell day tickets

Have you tried clicking on the massive Click here for the English version Seņor button helpfully hidden away in the bottom left corner of the home page?

ALSO:

Don't register in Spanish or the Catalans will hunt you down...

i found that the link to turn the page english didn't work. However it did, seemingly randomly, start using english once i browsed some pages

i sent an email to the organisers, here is the reply...


"at the moment only full festival ticket are available for San Miguel
Primavera Sound 2011, day ticket will be available from april (one
month before the festival start)."

Yeah, Jarvis played there last year and I was umming and aahing about going just for one day, didn't have the money in the end. I hope it hasn't sold out by April rendering one day tickets pointless.

went to primavera in 2005 & can highly recommend it as a festival
lovely setting, well organised, good (free) transport links back to the centre of town throughout the night (we got one back at 4 am after seeing the human league)

i emailed the organiser again to check if day tickets would be on sale if weekend tickets sold out, the answer was day tickets would be "available for sure"

Thanks for the updates. I've got a pair of weekend tickets so if day tickets come up Ill be able to hopefully sell the weekend ones (face value or course) and get day ones.

Wouldnt mind a day in Barcelona instead of 2 days in the festival! I'm hoping their is some warm up gigs before-hand. Paris and Sheffield will be good bets!

I also think the band should offer a very intimate gig exclusively for all of us who post on Bar Italia ;) ;)

Hmmm, on the 2011 line up page Pulp are in smaller bold letters. Does this indicate they are not headlining Primavera also? Or are there multiple stages at Primavera?
