The radio show is about the music not chatting about forums. Pulp will record two more songs for an up coming compilation. And that's your lot.

You're closer than ever to being Jarvis.. but you're not, definitely, so how do you know all that stuff ?

But, remember that thread I started about Pulp & Morrissey and then the following week he played The Smiths? Spooky.

Fred has clearly made it up! I don't doubt Jarvis could well have the occassional sneaky peak on here, but I can't see him posting under an alias.

I think Jazza is Jarvis! He always did have a fascination with teenage girls.

Well, here's the urban dictionary definition of Jazza:
Jazza can be used as a nickname for anyone with a first or last name starting with the letters J and A
ooo - just maybe....And don't you think 'fascination with teenage girls' sounds a bit wrong?

Tell that to the guy with the fascination with teenage girls, AKA you. Jazza, JC, whatever you choose to call yourself.

Isn't it a bit of a give away that I'm not Jarvis when my avatar is me in front of Brixton academy - blatantly not Jarvis? On the other hand your avatar looks close enough, and ambiguous to be Jarvis in disguise

Freddo, you are barking up the wrong tree. I've met Jazza in person, and she doesn't have a beard, so she can't be Jarvis.

I've been thinking of doing a Jarvis card for a while... and you know what stopped me? Beard or no beard!

And if I did Common People era Jarvis I'm not sure I could do the hair justice.

I was toying with the idea of creating a new account on here, username Jarvis, so I could have a bit of fun, but thankfully in the end a) I couldn't be arsed with the new account aggro, b) I decided I'm not quite sad enough yet

If Jarvis reads this forum, he should make some kind of sign on his radio show.. to confirm. :P

He could just say hi to everyone at Bar Italia.  No need for a sign.  Just be direct!

Can't find the story corroborated online, but I read how, many years ago (with the Internet in its infancy) someone contributed to a discussion on the meaning of "Blowin' in the Wind" on the Bob Dylan usenet group stating that, contrary to belief, it was just a naive young man's words.

"We disagree" said the group

"But I should know" said the writer, "I wrote it"

"I don't believe you! You're a liar!" (nearly) said the group.

"Alright. I'll prove it. And to prove it I'll play [insert obscure Dylan song here] at my next gig"

And he duly did.

Andy, this is a bit awkward, but could you stop pretending to be me? Oh and I will play Common People at the next Pulp gig. Guar. An. Teed.

Why don't you just play it on your radio show this weekend?
