Would people be interested to hear a 2 hour radio special on 102.8 Chorley Fm (www.chorley.fm to listen online) - dedicated to Pulp?
Its not going to be a simple show where I have to research and talk about Pulp......the idea is (which to me at the moment is quite likely) to interview via telephone former members of Pulp - not saying names yet as they are not confirmed, possibly former producers of albums, people who have been assotiated with Pulp whether it be media related, journos etc..........along with playing songs which 1 you might not have heard before and 2 live versions of songs - rather than your typical Common People / Disco 2000 radio edits you hear on commercial stations.
If enough support for this is gained, ill persue the relivent lines of enquiry further..........
That us lot would be interested goes without saying. Whether Chorley FM's regular listenership would be or not is probably something more pertinent to think about.
The thing is, that Chorley Fm has specialist shows after 6pm - whether it be dance, trance, rock, indie, soul, motown, everyone is catered for - so it would be fitting in well, especially as it would be different too.
