Any pulpy bar in Liverpool or Manchester?

Hi. I'm Joan, from Spain. I'll visit Manchester and Liverpool in June (13th of June til 16th). I'd like to know which are the best clubs to go out and, if it's possible, to listen Pulp songs.
Thanks for your time...
J

Dunno - not that I know of, but im certainly interested in looking at the possibilities of having a "Britpop" kinda night somewhere in Manchester - I dont know how to go about in setting it up though? Ideally be in a venue of 100 / 150 people

The Star and Garter (upstairs) would proabaly be your best bet. There's anight there called Keys Money Lipstick. It may be good speaking to the people who run that :)

I was out in Manchester one night and ended up in a place called 5th Avenue. I remember a fair bit of Britpop getting played (including "Disco 2000") as well as stuff like The Stranglers and The Cure.

You're best off at Star and Garter or 42nd Street (indie club on Lloyd St).

I couldn't imagine anything worse than a "Britpop" night... although there is a 90s bar in Newcastle.
