it's very different from the version i know of it, but i think that's what i like about it the "last another day without your love" at the end where your voice is getting deeper is great haha =D
Sounds little bit like early Pulp. All songs can be interpreted as slow songs. It is more dark version of this. Good version, but i would like other style of singing it for this slow version. I agree - the moment getting deeper voice is okey.
