aside from that the spoken word parts are piano and sparse guitar chords, thne there's a pulsing feedback bit where he confronts himself from 15 years earlier, then a big rolling drum refrain at the end.  there's hints of Black Magic distortion in it.  it sounds a bit Arcade Fire at moments.  not miles away from the pop songs on the proper album, but so much more.
