Finishing the festival in the best possible way this year's director takes to the Royal Festival Hall stage to perform songs from his brilliant debut solo record and probably some old favourites as well.
If so, a vague bit of blurb, presumably written by some Southbank Centre intern who probably knows less than we do about Jarvis' current setlist, is surely very flimsy evidence from which to assume that he's definitely planning to trot out the oldies?

I just bought my ticket, so yeah, I'm going! I'd love to help, but I don't know the area either...although train times and/or overnite arrangements permitting I'd certainly be up for going for more music after.
Anyone been to this venue before? I hope it's good. For some reason I could only get a balcony ticket, so I guess sadly I wont be down the front like normal. But at least I'm there!
If anyone knows the best train or tube station to get there, please tell me 'cos that'd be a great help.
hi, the best station is waterloo, both tube and overground. Royal Festival Hall is an amazing venue. I think afterwards there's a desperate sounds system in the venue, probably at one of the bars so you won't need to go far for entertainment.
I've got a couple of tickets but i need to sell them! when they actually arrive in my grubby hands i'll put them up for sale on here.
Gutted i can't go anymore, but i've been offered a holiday through work, and i've seen jarvis at all 3 gigs in london so far so i'm hoping i'll cope....
Has anyone recieved their tickets yet? Mine seem to be taking a while (not that i'm getting impatient)
Can anyone recommend decent accommendation in the area? I had a look around and it looks like I'm going to have to stay out of the way a bit, as everywhere is full.
