I transcribed the lyrics for those songs on PulpWiki and I reckon they are reasonably accurate, although it will be interesting to compare them with the versions on Bar Italia when it's back up.
It's not on Google because it was created very recently, it will hopefully be indexed soon. I started it about three months ago but only put up the first link to it last month.
The lyrics look about right to me, though I haven't listened to those songs since they were new. The only thing I'm not so sure about is the line in Yesterday, which you transcribe as:
"Yesterday you were the dogs' But then you blew it"
I don't know why, but I always heard it as:
"Yesterday you wouldn't dance, but then you do it"
I don't know if either lyric is correct, but I'd like to believe it was a veiled reference to "We Can Dance Again'.
I've never liked "Yesterday" or "Forever...", but reading through the lyrics to Yesterday really emphasizes what a hack-job it is. I mean, the song is pleasant enough to listen to, I suppose, but those lyrics are just so amateurish, so far beneath the level we've come to expect from Jarvis. John Lennon is turning over.

What's John gotta do with it?

LENNON: "Well, we all know about 'Yesterday.' I have had so much accolade for 'Yesterday.' That is Paul's song, of course, and Paul's baby. Well done. Beautiful-- and I never wished I had written it."

'The dog's bollocks' is an expression used in the UK for 'The real McCoy' or merely 'it's f-ing fantastic'. JC is merely leaving out the naughty bit (like in 'The Professional' - ''Cocker is short for sucker - a sucker of...). So the lyrical transcription should probably read ''Yesterday you were the dog's...but then you blew it''.
It is by far the weakest song demoed with Chris Thomas. 'Forever In Your Dreams' is quite charming though.
