i bought all the albums from that site that had the previews last week (7digital.com) and it requires me to obtain a license before i can play them. is this safe? last time i did this (with porn) i got a horrible virus in my laptop, quite fittingly.
Lots of sites that let people legally download music ask for licenses to be downloaded. It's just a way that allows the tracks to be played on the computer you download the tracks to, but not other computers. It sounds legitimate enough. (But please don't take this as a personal "Yeah, it's fine! Do it!" - I'm sure there are some hookey bastards about)
Hmm, I used that same site...didn't get the whole albums...just a few tracks I wanted to hear now before next pay day when I can buy all the cd's (except His N Hers which I went out and bought today). Took a couple of minutes and I got all the tracks with no hassle...?
the Deluxe albums are up on itunes Uk now. Does anyone know if there is any trouble (i.e. exchange rate, computer compatability) with purchasing uk itunes songs in America?
