As I mentioned, I didn't listen to the 7digital previews or pre order for delivery, 'cos I was saving myself for buying the discs on release day (today). So imagine my extreme pissed-offness that neither of the record shops in shitty Camberley have them! So now I'm going to have to order online in a sec, and wait for delivery anyway. Arsebiscuits.

I may buy the download of a couple of key tracks while I wait...grr, why can't I live somewhere decent?!

I'm only hoping I can find the CDs in Hong Kong when I go there in 3 weeks.

Why wait that long? HMV has them for 12.99 each. Luckily not the £20 some of these guys were expecting! Well, hopefully mine'll be here by Wed/Thurs...

I'm living in China, and have no money in my British debit card account.

If you think that's bad, I went to HMV on Grafton St yesterday afternoon to buy the re-issues only to find that there were no CDs in the His'n'Hers case. Different Class and This Is Hardcore are fine, but H'n'H was just empty. Probably not even HMV's fault, as the case was shrinkwrapped and I assume they just received it that way. Either way it entails a return trip to complain and, much worse, a delay before I can hear The Boss etc in all their glory.

Maybe that's why HMV havn't sent me an email confirming the dispatch of my HnH yet, despite the DC &TIH emails being sent today! Bad luck.

Update! They finally arrived thismorning! Really cheerd me up, having just been suspended from work. (I overslept, so the boss phoned me up. Started to apologise, but she was so effing rude that I took offence and went back to sleep out of spite. Do I regret it? Not sure yet, I have a meeting on monday to find out my punishment...still, I might write a song 'bout it...)

Love the discs tho'! Catcliffe Shakedown, The Boss, Dirty World and We Can Dance Again are immediate favourites, but I normally find with Pulp that it's the 'growers' that I'm still listening to in 6 months/years...! Oh yeah, love You're Not Blind!!
